SHINE Update

We have lately gone and talk to other groups to see what helps to make a better group and help people feel settle into a group so we can help for people to feel comfortable to join our group so they can learn instead of being scared. One of our group Bethan has lately found work which is going great. We are at the moment tryin to set up more training for us so we can help you.

Hello and welcome to our first blog. We have just set up a new group called SHINE which means Shared Help Into New Employment. Our aims are to help 18 to 30 years olds get back into a working environment through training and advice.
